2: Quick Reference Guide

Internet Access
Contracts On-Line
You or your Insured can view account information on-line! Payment history, Policy infornation, disbursement history and finance contract information is available through the Internet. Please see "Section 8: Internet Access" for information on the on-line options.
Cancellation Process
See Cancellation Procedures in Section 7.: Policies & Procedures.
Change of Address
Such changes may be faxed to us at (954) 598-7272.
Credits on Cancelled Accounts
Any credits that develop once all cancellation returns are posted will be paid within 30 days after the account closes. Refund checks will be processed in compliance with state-specific statutory requirements.

Normal Hours:
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST)

Holiday Hours:
In general, we are closed for bank holidays and usually close early (noon, EST) the day before 'Christmas and New Year's Day.
Mail Returned as Undeliverable
Correspondence to the Insured returned to Atlas Premium Finance by the U.S. Post Office as undeliverable will be noted in our servicing system and Atlas Premium Finance will send a notice to the Agent/Producer for corrected address information. See also Change of Address.

Payments which are sent *overnight express delivery must be addressed to our street address:

Payment Options
Your Insured will receive monthly invoices, including return envelopes once their Contract is entered in our system.

Payments are posted as of the date they are received in our office; postmarks or the date paid in an Agent/Producer's office are not valid.

Return Premiums
After cancellation, we send monthly reminders to the insurance companies, General Agent and Agent/Producer for return premiums. Insurance companies will disperse funds directly to Atlas Premium Finance Company. Atlas PFC will disperse the funds in accordance with the state's governing laws.
Unearned Commissions
Atlas Premium Finance Company will pay all Agent commissions upon successfully booking the finance agreement on behalf of the Insured / Agent and insurance company. In the event of early termination of the policy, and / or the finance agreement, Atlas reserves the right to charge back any commissions on a pro-rated basis.
